Oven / hob wiring

Hi
I'm connecting a separate hob & oven: can I run both sets of flex to a single terminal outlet box, or do I need two outlets, each wired back to the control switch?

If you do a "search" for "Ovens Hobs" you will find this subject has been dealt with.
I see no problem running both flexes from the one terminal box.
On the other hand I know of an oven where its flex comes from a switched fused connection unit, which proved useful.This meant the oven could be and was isolated for a week waiting for new element
I am expecting fitting a Oven and Hob along with new cooker control unit so I will fit a"switched fuse connection unit" taking the supply from "terminal box" well that's the plan at the moment
