I have an excellent Zanussi ZM962 dual-fool cooker. The oven has a timer that goes round with a motor (you can just hear it) but it is not moving the time indicator drum. I imagine a little cog has come out of mesh.
I had a new clock fitted under warranty when it was new, and I know how to take it out. But a replacement is ridiculously expensive from Zanussi. Do we know how to get this kind of thing repaired?
