Over Flow From Attic Water Tank Leaking

hey guys
just noticed out my back garden that my overflow pipes from the attic are leaking water, just wondering what i need to do to stop this as im a total nOOb when it comes to plumbing

May need to replace washer in ba ll co ck, look in the tank raise float and if this stop water coming in can just bend arm down a wee bit, if it don't, you will be learning how to change the washer.
