Over the stairs box !

Hi

My daughter has the over the stairs box in her bedroom which is limiting the space for her bed.

She is currently in a shorty bed but I am after advice on how to maximise the space in her room as she will need a larger bed

Nothing you can do with that box I'm afraid....how about constructing a timber frame from it to hold the mattress? So her head is over the box if you get my drift?
