When I am viewing sites on the net, the writing is very tiny and I need glasses to read the content. I have tried to alter my display settings but to no avail.

This site seems ok but how can I make the content bigger and readable pls? :)

Look in the accessories folder in the 'all programs' menu. There is a magnifier in there.

This may be of some help.

depends on the broswer, but change the default font size. May not help universally as a lot of web pages specify the font size anyhow.

Internet Explorer
View / Text Size / Select from Largest - Smallest

Mozilla Firefox
Tools / Options / Content / Fonts & Colours. Click Advanced and select sizes.

Mouse.
If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel it may be possible to set the control to zoom. Try holding down Ctrl key when on a web page then using the scroll wheel if it works fine - if not look in the software settings for your mouse application and the control panel for options.

Bahco,
You titled this thread "Page too small".
Does that mean that the page does not open 'full screen'?

If so, either click the button next to the red button with a white cross and see if that opens it up. Or, if the window is not full screen, left click and hold on the bottom right corner of the window and drag it down to the bottom of the screen. Do the same with the top left corner.
Then close the browser by using File -> Exit.
Next time you open the browser it should be 'full screen'.

Thanks for all replies.

The page opens full screen but the writing was very small. The font size seems to have fixed it. :D

Thanks

Try holding down CTRL and pressing the + or - buttons on the numeric keypad.

Dave, why not ask Admin if he will make your post here a sticky on this forum as it will be very useful to others. :D
