Paint Bubbling and Cracking on walla

Recently noticed some of the paint on the wall next to the bay window has started bubbling and cracking. As I look at the bay window it is on the right hand side down in the corner.

I have attached some photos. Would appreciate anyone who would have an idea what the cause could be and potential solutions.
