paint for guttering

hi guys

the black downpipe at the front of my house has got lots of paint on it after the rendering on the wall was painted, and someone also decided to paint the sides of the guttering..i cant remove this paint, only option is to paint over it with some black paint..can someone please suggest som suitable paint for guttering ?..thanks

non-drip gloss. Clean the pipe first.
