Paint on bare plaster - Just checking im right

Bedroom has been re skimmed. Am i right painting it this way.

1. Mist coat of White Matt emulsion water down about 30%.
2. Same again watered down about 20%.
3. Normal paint (Using B&Q Silk emulsion everywhere) i think)) watered down 10%.
4. Normal coat of above.

Dont want it peeling off or anything.

Edit: I should add the walls have been bare for about 7 months now. Is this ok to use the silk on?

You wont need to thin the silk down. as long as you have the mist coats on you will be fine.
