Paintable sealant

Can anyone recommend a good paintable exterior sealant for window frames? I am using Dulux Weathershield All Seasons (solvent based paint).

Unibond paintable silicone is supposed to be a good one.

have used exterior caulk from screwfix. worked well with gloss paint.

filled large and uneven gaps with foam first.
