I’m wondering if anyone can suggest a paint that may be a pipe dream but can only ask; I’m after a paint that can be used in wood that will prevent water passing through the wood and act as a vapour barrier but is also paintable. It’s for a window frame in a van conversion where the underlying vapour barrier isn’t perfect so I want to add an extra barrier with paint. I’ve used the latex based stuff before for bathrooms behind tiles but this wouldn’t be paintable and way too soft anyway. Hoping there’s something else out there. Thanks!
