Painted front door and its a mess

Hi- I thought I would take advantage of good weather and paint the front door.

I applied primer and now 3 layers of semi gloss paint. It is very uneven in its finish even though I sanded the door before putting primer on.

Any idea how I can fix this? Sand again and paint with a roller this time for a final coat?

think thats the way,
sand off reprime/undercoat then gloss.
use a small roller then brush it out.
