I am helping a friend to renovate a 70s home for sale. It has light-wood varnished flush interior doors, flush cupboard doors, pelmets, door frames and skirtings all of which I plan to paint in an off-white satin finish.

There are 30 of these doors all told and I thought of outsourcing it to get them sprayed or renting a spray gun and doing it myself (I have used spray-guns before) or use a roller.

Questions:
If outsourced:
- Should I look for Polyurethane 2-pac coating or will paint finish be OK (given that the plan is to sell ASAP)?
- Any suggestions for finding good sprayer.

If DIY
- Roller or spray?
- Air or Airless Spraying?
- Would I need to create a "spray booth" (e.g. in the garage)

Thanks

Paul
