painting ceiling

hi there
i need to paint a ceiling in my house but not the walls as they are in good order, is there any tips regarding how to do this other then being very careful as you edge around the room
help would be appreciated

Keep a few damp clean cloths handy.

Put masking tape on the edges. By doing this, you can paint your ceiling without ruining your walls.
