Painting external windows, above entrance hall

Hi,

Just wondering on some advice on how others would approach painting the two upstairs windows in a house like this? Can't get to them via ladder or the sides, so the only thing I can think of is a ladder at the front then up onto the entrance roof.

Hire Scaffolding, (A decorators first floor lift) you can check out the guttering safely at the same time, and paint the Fascia and Bargeboard

From the photo though it looks like you have UPVC Double Glazing do they need painting.

Yes the 3 main windows are wood, the door and small window are UPVC, I guess the previous got a deal on doors.
