Hi
Just re-plastered (skimmed) the walls downstairs in a victorian terrace and seen as how the walls were done by me they are pretty good but on some of the long walls like hall and lounge you can see slight 'ripples' where its not completely flat. This has shown up since painting with white emulsion to use as a base layer.
As a rule is there any colours to avoid to minimise the visual impact of non perfect walls? Are lighter or darker colours more kind to this sort of thing?
thanks
