Painting over oil based paint

Painted a wall with Dulux oil based satin wood in black

I'd like to change the wall/paint to water based black paint in matt

What should i do/apply to the oil based paint before putting on water paint?

It is a high traffic area

First i am not a decorator but a dark matt colour in a high traffic area will mark easily and that's from my own experience, someone will advise about the prep im sure.

180g sand. Get it clean soap and warm water. Then wash with clean water and microfibre cloth. Zinsser all coat black matt over.
