painting tiles??

Want to redecorate my shower cubicle as the tiles are hideous. I figured I'll remove the grout then paint the tiles, then re-grout. Does this seem a reasonable idea?
Anyone used tile paint? is it any good?

Dont bother with tile paint...

Give em a coat of Dulux two part Ultra Grip primer..(its very good and used apparently as a primer for blankets for when people want to stick shi...) er...anyway, I digress..........then paint em with a couple of coats of oil based eggshell..use a foam rad roller.

You wont need to worry about the grout, as it probably wont stick very well to the paint anyway.

But make sure you buy Ultra grip as opposed to super grip primer...
