Hello, I wondered if someone could help -I'm very much someone with phones who hasn't a clue.

We have at work a KXTEA-308 set up alongside a phone KXT7330.

The phone system when called first takes you to a holding voicemail/audio and asks you to press 1 or 2. We have no way to our knowledge of changing this and would like to either change this message and know how to do so

Or remove it all together so the phone lines just call directly.

I've tried switching off the KXTEA and all this does is removes the voicemail but anyone calling the phone number - it just keeps ringing and ringing but the phones aren't receiving a call..

I expect this may be a wiring fix - remove the right wires, but I've no idea but can upload photos if needed

thats An old standard phone PABX…..The phones won’t ring if you turn it off unless if I remember correctly a standard handset is plugged into one of the ports , are you sure the voice mail is not an BT exchange feature ?

Is it one of the later ones ?
