an educated guess would say its a 10A ceramic fuse.

the question is why did it blow?

Have no idea breezer but bulb inside fused a few weeks before.

Fuse blew mid way through cooking.

Could ' brownouts' be responsible ? Lights have been flickering and pc restarting its self .

Fuse is off-white opaque in colour (quick blow or time delay? ) has letter F in a L on endcap.

F = Fast T = Time Lag usually says somthing like 10AT or F 5A etc.. as breezer said it is a ceramic 20mm fuse
get a replacment from Maplin

31 mm long . Have been to maplins , showed fuse was offered 2 options

1.quick blow pack of 10 99p

2.time delay/lag pack of 10 1.99

Will try somewhere else tomorrow

edit

90p for new fuse T10AH 250V LAC

Microwave working again

Will check with baked potatoes cooking cycle 22mins, which caused the fuse to blow ( @ approx 12 mins ).
