Hi folks,
Er Indoors is twisting my arm to decorate the lounge, heck I only did it 8 years ago and now she wants it doing again.
Anyway, we currently have up lining paper that's been painted with silk emulsion.
She wants to use a paintable textured paper and paint it.
So the question is, do I have to remove the lining paper?
Or can I just repair any little unstuck bits, replace and damaged pieces then stick the paintable textured paper of the old lining paper?
Cheers.
