parapet render protection

I have just had the firewall parapets between my house and next door re rendered. I'm looking for suggestions on a product I can go up and paint onto them to provide long term protection.
Any thoughts on if a product such as Acrypol would be suitable for this? I'm looking to get as long as possible protection for the new render with minimal future maintenance.

You shouldn't have to paint anything onto it, the new render will do its job without paint or acrypol...you would only be creating maintenance issues.
