HELP!! - I have just had the builders in - they pulled back to dirty old carpet to keep it clean! and used my lovely floor as the workshop for their plastering area! - the tiles are now covered in what I assume is a white covering - cement/concrete ?? - before I try and do anything with it - can I use a damp cloth to try and remove most of it before polishing??
