a couple of questions really,firstly is tand g reclaimed parquet better than the non tand g type as i have an option to buy either and seconly ,in my house 1920s, we have 6mm cork tiles on concrete which i plan to remove ,put down a dpm and 6mm ply on top of this ,screw it to theconcrete and then glue the parquet on to this clean and smooth surface. is this a good practice or am i kiddding myself? any help would be great cos ive 60sqm to lay and i dont want to balls it up

All depens on the quality of the reclaimed blocks. Are the T&G damaged? If so, you'll have a hell of o job an your hands. Non T&G wood blocks for parquet (normally 10mm thick) longer than 300mm must be nailed (headless pins) and glued to ensure the blocks completely bond with the adhesive.

Screwing through a DPM will make the DPM useless ;)
Why not leave the cork tiles were they are and use this as a (level?) subfloor to glue the parquet onto?
