Got a problem with my IM65, when you put the battery in it flashes green then starts to flash red, the fan works and the gun fires and I have tried it with a new battery. Any ideas?

I took my IM65 to bits as it stopped firing

when I put it back together I had 2 pieces left over and has never worked since.
