Hi all.
Just need some advice, I have a level concrete painted floor in an industrial unit, however it has a fair bit of surface damage cause over the years between 3 and 10mm i would say. Its only parts of the floor that have damage. Im wanting to put down carpet tiles, so need to even it out.
I know I could probably pour self levelling compound over the lot, but I dont really want to do that as it will cause a problem with dilapidation's when i move out.
So is there anything i can use just to patch the floor, I was thinking about floating some self levelling compound just into the damage, is this possible? Will it work? they range in size from say the size of a 4.5" grinder mark 8-10 mm deep, to 8 inch wide 3 to 4 mm scrapes.
Thanks In advance
Andy
