Have an existing lean to conservatory that the previous owners installed.
looks like there was an existing concrete surface in the garden. Then the lean to was built onto that then Lino laid on top.
Then someone laid a patio on top of the concrete surface outside which has raised the ground level higher outside of the conservatory.
Then they have tried to fix the damp issue by cutting a drain channel between the patio and the dwarf brick wall of the conservatory.
Now the lower bricks and the floor inside the conservatory are damp because water gets trapped in the channel and sits against the bricks.
I think the dwarf brick wall is single skin and doesn’t have a DPC.
is there anything I can do to improve the situation. Without taking everything down and building again?
