Patio door catching at bottom (Multi-lock uPVC)

Hi all, I found my one of my patio door catching at the bottom and I guess it is because of the bottom latch touching the strike plate (See video). I have tried adjust the door height but it's already reached maximum and it is still catching. Anything I can do to adjust the bottom latch and make it not protrude that much?

You need to lower the door to get your adjustment back but then toe and heel the glass which jacks the handle side up much like the diagonal brace on a gate

Why would the way Crank is suggesting cause the door to sag over time?
