Hi, looking for some advice. Recently moved into a new home and looking to replace rear sliding door handles. There is no lever on the outside so even with a key there is no way to open the door from the outside. Not sure if it had previously broken off or was removed for added security but the holes were siliconed over etc. The rear of our property goes out onto a footpath so hoping I can change the handles so I can gain acces to house through the garden.
I have looked at some option online but they all seem to come with a square bar spindle. Ours is an H shape
Would I have to change entire lock and handle? What is my best option here? Any help greatly appreciated.
