Patio door Hinge

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on this particular hinge. I have seen various images online but none seem to replicate this.

There is a hex screw at bottom of hinge which I can operate with a 4mm Allen key. However, on top of hinge there doesn't seem to be a any screw. Only a pin. Also I cannot get hinge cover off. (Unsure it if comes off)

I was wondering if anyone knew what to adjust to:

1. Move door up
2. Move door in towards frame

Well its a trojan patriot flag hinge but an old one, the later one is the patriot plus and has better up/down, in/out adjustment. Yours looks like the standard trojan patriot or even the trojan patriot midi, the allen headed bolt underneath moves the door in and out, if theres two bolts under there then the inner one lifts the whole door up, theres no adjustment on the top but on other makes like Avocet the top adjustment would be for compression

The allen key bolt winds the pin up to lift the door but also incorporated into this is the compression adjustment by way of a cranked hinge pin so it moves in and out along with rising
