Not sure if this is the right forum but hope someone can advise. I have had a quote for the fitting of two ERA patio door locks. The quote stated one and a half hours labour, would it really take that long to fit two locks, one top one bottom to an alluminium sliding door?

that time includes getting out of bed, driving to the job, doing it, having a mug of tea and a bacon sarnie, driving home again with a stop at the bookie's

or have you got a very attrractive wife or daughter?

This is the sort of thing I am up against on a daily basis.

The British public have become like vultures.

If you don't like what the guy is charging then use someone else.

It sounds perfectly fair to me.
