patio/inspection cover

Afternoon all

we have been planning to replace our patio and run a new strip of 600x600 along the fence to put flower pots on, not for a pathway.

But when i replaced the fence I found an inspection cover buried about 150mm so my first problem is that its not the same level as the one in the middle of the current patio, and the second issue is that the fence cuts right across it.

can anyone advise what to do about it

If its just a plastic chamber you can buy risers which will just slot on to raise the height and then you can fit a cover onto this.

If its a masonary chamber then putting a course of bricks on may be needed and then a cover.

What size is it? diameter.

As the fence cuts across it and you didn't know it was there - make a note of it's position and forget about it , cuz it's probably the water Co.s problem
