I want to build a small garden room, one of these:

As it's made of large panels with tght tolerences, the base needs to be square and level. The spot I have for it is on a raised patio laid with York stone slabs. It's reasonably level, but not perfectly so. The base for the shed is a metal track that rests on foam strips. Ideally I would build it on a concrete slab but I want to leave the patio as it is, so the question is, how can I install the base on the slabs so that it is on a flat, level surface which will remain so? I was thinking of maybe making some shuttering around the base, and levelling inside it with self-levelling screed, would that work? Would it be removable in future?

If you are spending that much on a garden room then surely it makes sense to have foundations of just as good quality.

If you lay a row of concrete blocks or bricks on a foundation then they could be knocked off in future as the slabs re-laid.

Do you mean on top of the current paving? would that not damage it?

What about my shutters and pour idea? Would that work if I used a few inches of concrete and rebar laid on a DPM so that it could all be taken away in future?

I was thinking along the lines of taking up some of the paving and re-laying at a later date when the garden room is removed.

You would need need a DPM or something to protect the pavers before pouring on top of it.

You could use decking or similar for the shuttering.

It all depends how much of a problem damp/frost between the DPM and paving would cause - a question for others to answer.
