Ibought a few days ago 3G internet pay as you go with the drive and £15 credit. After about 10 minutes of use the connection dies and I do not know why. I even used the extension cable provided to get better signal but nothing seems to change. Any ideas what is wrong?

What is the signal like ?
Does the light on the USB unit extinguish when it disconnects?
What operating system do you have ?
Is this a laptop or desktop , and what other USB devices do you have plugged in ?

Well the signal is not particularly strong (4 out of ten) and the light on the usb does not desconnect. I got a Toshiba laptop and no other USB device connected except for the mouse...Once I loose connection I have to connect and desconnect again...help!
