Just seen an advert on the TV for one of these quick payday loan 'sharks'. Typical APR 2356%.......thought I misread it at first

I think someone posted about this a couple of weeks ago. Looks like the owner of the company did a search for himself and posted on here. If it wasn't this site it was UHM.

If you want to borrow money go to your local Credit Union and by saving with them you will be helping your local community at the same time.

The co I work for has its own credit union for its staff. (As it apprecitates it pays its minions a low wage).

I saw that ad on TV too. 2000+%

I think new legislation states they have to show that clearly on advertising. A few years ago it would have been smaller or only displayed for a second or 2.
