Hi,
I currently use a Swann PVR pci card as the heart of a camera security system which works fine on my old xp PC.
However the old amd2000 pc is getting problematical and an upgrade seems likely soon.
Most PC packages come with W7 64 bit , but the PVR card only has drivers for W7 32 bit which means I'd have to pay the extra full price for that as the pc suppliers cannot swap it for the 64bit version.
Swann imply its unlikely they will produce a W7 64 bit for my type of PVR card.
Does anyone know of a similar PVR PC system , PCI or USB that will run on W7 64 bit ? - or will it just be simpler to stick with XP for a bit longer ??
Everyone says upgrade to W7 but is it really worth it ??
Thanks
