pen on soft pine table

by 2 year old son has just got a pen an drawn on my soft pine coffee table
can any one give me any tips on getting it off without sanding it or marking it, asap please my husband will go nuts

ball point pen felt pen majic marker!!!!

assuming the table is the same finnish underneath turn the table upside down draw with the same pen try proprietry cleaners
you can also try white spirits turps meths lighter fuel
pat onto the mark try not to rub
some may stain the wood but dissapear as it evaporates

and may i suggest that you put up with the dammage or get a new husband as thats what 2 year olds do

its the fault of who ever chose to place a 2 year old and nice bit of furniture together
