Please can someone help me with the rules & regs on decking at the bottom of my sloping garden
The garden slopes upwards away from the house and I have had decking built out from the bottom of the existing back fence so……… it is 0cm above ground level @ the back fence but 50cm above ground level at the front if that makes sense.
I was not made aware by landscaper I needed planning permission but I am told now it may have been needed
Any advise would be gratefully received
