persistant air - leak at pump

first radiator in system persistantly fills with gas and gurgles like mad. open vented system. spotted a leak on the intake side of the circulating pump, nothing dramatic, just a few drops, could this be the cause of the problem, i.e. leaking slightly when off and pulling in air when on? set on pump speed 1.

thoughts appreciated.

possibly... you want to get rid of that leak anyway..so sort it and see
