Petrol prices

Wow! I filled up for £44.00 today.

I always put in twenty quid normally and that gives me roughly 1/4 tank if I'm lucky. So today I thought I would take advantage of the cheaper petrol prices. My local Tesco was selling unleaded for £1.13 per ltr, so I put fifty quid in. My clubcard had built up to a further 16p off per litre. So for £44.00, I got a full tank of petrol.

Feeling quite happy today :) :)

Actually, I have to be honest, drove the car tonight and the gauge had gone down a bit. I think the sender in the tank must have been in shock for a while.

You've gone and done it now. The spring'll be stretched and it'll never read the same again! :)
Anyway don't worry, if it stays cheap for too long the government of the day will simply up their cut to make it right again.

Yes but the Government should do more to help, they are greedy than the oil company

When the price of crude oil goes up. petrol/diesel prices suddenly rocket; when the price of crude plummets, fuel prices ease back ever so gently and slowly.

You robbing Plumbers all stick it on the bill anyway.
So what does it matter.????

Up, down ....makes no difference, still f*cking robbed. :D

WTI price below $60 and Brent crude under $65 down from something like $115 in June but as you say the resultant drop in pump prices has been a far smaller percentage , just for the cynical amongst us .

Your a miserable sod at times LMB. ;) Fuel added to the bill - not guilty sir - its included in my hourly rate.

I've mostly had diesels but wife has an LPG for last 6 months and only apparent drawback is smaller tank, with reduced boot space. But then again it's not economical to drive with a full petrol/diesel tank.

Asda price just before. 112.7 for unleaded. 118.7 for Diesel

Just filled my 1.0l Corsa from empty at a cost of £38.07 instead of the usual £45-£48 that I have been paying through the summer.

<< heart broken , filled up on saturday tht it was a bargain for £1.1899999 . cant get anymore in lol
