Philips Whirlpool not spinning

I have a Philips Whirlpool front loading washer that is about 4 years old. At the moment the spinner will not engage. It will do everything else wash, agitate and empty the machine.

I have checked the pump and it appears to be OK no blockage, the belt is intact.

Is there anything else it could be.

try posting in the appliances section, thats what its for. it also states in this section (plumbing) before asking a question, that this secction is NOT for washing machines.
