Phoenix RAV002 valve weeping

6 years old, never touched as always fully open until the missus had a tweak and chucked out some black ( the o-ring perishing) and now weeps. There's no nut to tighten as it has a circlip so looks like a partial drain to sort it out. Anyone know what size o ring ?
