Tried to make a claim for my phone. Broke it a few weeks ago and tried to put a claim in. I couldnt provide a date as i couldn't remember but insisted i say one so just said well say 3 weeks today then. Which she then says its been declined as it must be within 14 days Something ive never been made aware of.
The phone is ****ed and cant see them really repairing it. Its already been repaired once and ever since the reception had been very poor. Something i should have complained about.
Contract ends in feb so to buy out would be about £200. My monthly bills are around £75. Plus if they wont repair it any new half decent phone is gonna be £100 easy.
