Picture HANGERS? BRACKETS? What are these called?

I have some very heavy pictures to hang and will not be hanging these by picture wire as the pic sticks out from the wall and I want them flat. I purchased some picture/mirror plates which I have used in the past but when I got home the frames are too narrow to screw into and would split. What I need are the ones you see on pictures in pubs, restaurants etc, I have scoured the net but but as I don't know the official name I just cannot find any. Does anyone know where I can buy some or at least the proper name. In the meantime these stand on my floor against a wall.

or is it the Z bar hangers you require, much like the ones used to hang wall cabinets. Come in two parts, one screws to wall, other screws to frame and they hook/slot in to each other?

Thanks for the tip but I have seen these and these area still not the ones I see in pubs etc. since posting I have now taken a gamble and dril with a fine bit into the very narrow frame, I have used the mirror plates and the said picture is now hanging on my wall, just have all the others to do, I was really just afraid of the frame splitting.
