Pictures on App!

Now I think I have sorted out my issues on groups and stuff!
I'm trying to change the stock photos on the app, when I try it says you must give permission on the app, I've done that, given permission on my phone and tablet app but still says 'no', is this just a bug? I have the latest firmware installed.

That looks like an app permission issue with your phone …

On my phone and tablet I have give the app full permission, photos, camera and mic, still says I need to give permission.
