Pilot and Pump working but no hot water?!

I have a Thorn Boiler (not combination) and is at least 25 years old. Recently it has stopped producing hot water. The pilot light is working and the pump sounds like it is working but for some reason the radiators do not work or is there any hot water output. What could be the reason.

I think my first leanings would be towards the gas valve solenoid.
