Hi
There is a gap behind my gas cooker (it isnt a built-in one it is a free standing).
If I want to run a dishwasher drainage pipe within this gap is it a good idea?
There are already some water pipes running within this gap, as well as the gas pipe that connects to the cooker.
I dont know if the gap is for ventilation (which would be heat considering that the gas is all sealed etc) as there is a kind of slatted grille to its top at the back of the hob.
Or is the gap simply to be able to have a space within which to connect the gas pipe supply?
Would the dishwasher drain hose get too hot back there (bearing in mind the existing pipes are fine, some of which are polypipe water pipes) and I guess the drain pipes from dishwashers sometimes take very hot water.
Id appreciate any thoughts if that ok please.
Thank you for your time in reading my post.
