Pipes in garden?

Evening all,

Digging in the garden and found these. Any idea what they might have been used for? I thought maybe an old septic tank as we are on the mains but not sure.

stand back and take some wider pics so we can can see the layout and ground levels. Context willl help.

Thanks, they are found in a flower bed about a foot higher than the lawn. Nothing else to see. No inspection hatches either.
