so im currently at the planning stage of a diy garage conversion, ive decided to install a suspended floor in order to raise the floor in line with the rest of the house, however there is a very awkwardly placed soil pipe that comes through the the roof of the garage and through the concrete base of the kitchen to the drain in the garden.
its at just the worst level i cant box it in at all because the door to the garage acctualy touches it when its fully open. pics attatched.
i've had a couple of thoughts on theoretically what i could do but i am not a plumber so i'm looking for anyones advice with this.
i feel like the options would be either having the pipe redirected, but i'm not sure if it would requre to many bends to achieve this as i know the soil pipe usualy takes the most dierect route, the other idea is to reposition the door so i can build around the pipe and have it accessable.

i'm open to any and all other ideas so thanks in advance!

First thoughts are is your floor should be insulation with a floating timber deck, be that chipboard or plywood, whatever. But raise the floor by about 75mm higher than the pipe, then fit a batten to the wall just above the horizontal run and bear the edge of the floor boards on that, so as to ensure no floorboards can ever exert downward pressure on the pipe. Raise the door threshold accordingly. This is the wall between the house and the garage presumably?

so raise the floor as in you would have to step up into the garage?

ok awesome, thats acctually really helpful thanks

It looks like a bend between brown and black so presumably it goes underground on the other side of the door so it could probably be rerouted higher up.
