Maybe someone could shed some light on this for me. I have a garden wall that runs down the side of my house (its a corner plot and it about 9 metres away from my house). There's a house directly beyond me which sits at 90 degrees to mine and their front porch is in line with my wall.
Does anyone know if the building line it where my wall is (hence their porch) or would it be their house (which sits maybe 2 metres back)? This would cut the building line back some 2 metres..
We're considering getting planning permission to build a house beside mine, up to the wall mentioned above
