planning the loft

I am planning to board out the loft on my 1930's 3bed semi, the insulations seems good enough (new roof some 8 years ago) and I plan to use T&G chipboard (glued and screwed).
what should I be checking for/looking for in this planning stage before I rush out and buy the T&G?

I wouldn't glue it incase you need to lift the floorboards up for any reason, see my post here
